Morning volunteer check in

Morning volunteers have to check in at the Walnut Street and Columbus Blvd entrance to Penn’s Landing (water level).  If you come over Market Street or Chestnut Street (you are at street level) you will not be able to use the ramps to get down to water level as the “scissor ramps” have been removed.  The only way down are the steps/ramps at the end of Market Street which were installed last year.
